10x30sec Hill Sprints

Endurance: 10x30sec Sprints
Run 10 sets of 30sec Hill Sprints, resting for 30sec on top of the hill. Descend easy, "walk if needed," and rest for another 1 min once the bottom is reached. Record distance.

Ate some trail mix before training. Did not sit well during this workout. Felt like I was going to puke during the last sets of intervals. Was not as fast as I expected.

10 cups of homemade trail mix
2 slices of whole wheat Mediterranean pizza (Spinach, artichoke, tomatoes, olives, garlic chicken, feta and cheddar cheese) [cheat]
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
Apple
Mango with shrimp paste

Felt like I ate more than needed. Hung out with boyfriend, which makes me tend to eat like a man (lots).
