Notes
Rating (1-6): 3
Had gastrointestinal issues aka diarrhea in the morning so my stomach felt funky during the run.  A lot slower than expected; running in the fivefingers really slowed me down since I don't get the spring leap that I got from my Brooks Defyance. Still worth it though - not too worry about speed, just getting the right form and "chi" is my main goal.

Doing "Roy" was fun. I like deadlifts. 16 minutes is alright, but kind of beat from the morning run so I could probably do better next time.

Nutrition
Breakfast: Fasted
Snack: 1 cup of trail mix
Lunch: 1 plate Romaine Hearts and Arugula Salad with Garbanzo Beans, Artichoke Hearts, Yellow Bell Pepper and Feta Cheese
Snack: 1 cup of trail mix
Dinner: Garlic Scallop Dish
Snack: Apricots and Peach with yogurt

My nutrition was pretty good today. I am trying to slowly cut out beans and dairy products in my diet, but today it was definitely needed.
