Went to the gym to do the workout in my fivefingers. Apparently they weren't allowed to use in the weight room so they sent me home. Very pissed off about it since they told me to leave just as I was about to start.  Went to the elementary school; did pull-ups on the monkey bar, sit-ups and push-ups on the chops. Went fairly well for the odd environmental condition I was in, but felt super nice doing this workout outside a gym. It made me nostalgic about the good ole days of playing in the play toy. Also, went on a 5 mile trail hike with the dogs. Very relaxing.


Nutrition
10 cups of homemade trail mix (I really meant.. a lot.)
A bowl of chicken curry with green peppers
Bowl of cottage cheese
Several teaspoons of feta cheese
Grapefruit juice

Cooked chicken curry. Diet consisted of my homemade trail mix (macadamia, pecans, almonds and dried blueberries) and a few random cheese grazings. Should eat more veggies.
